How it Works

Project Concept is the business idea to be implemented or the organizational problem that needs to be fixed.

When you approach us, the initial step would be to sign an NDA (Non - Disclosure Agreement) with your organization, thus creating confidence in both parties to share valuable business ideas. It is worth noting that the intellectual property rights for your software remain with you. Hence the software source code will be provided to you on request any time.

During the initial feasibility analysis, both parties would assess the business and technical viability of the proposed solution.

Further analysis of requirements is necessary for the finer estimation of effort and time duration. If either impacts budgetary or time limitations, the project can be segregated to different phases. After required business negotiations the project can be started with the issuance of purchase order.

A project manager is assigned to the project at this point. We adhere to Agile way of project management to live up to maintain flexibility. Project execution from Design through Acceptance will be performed by the internal project team in accordance with the agreed design and project plan. Client involvement is maintained right throughout project duration by way of frequent meetings (online) and status mails.

After the system is in production, the TIEC team will be providing a warranty period of 3 months where deployment or software issues would be attended free of charge to ensure smooth end user experience. With an annual maintenance contract in place, the same level of service will be extended for a year
